Coaching Lifedesign always brings my clients full understanding and complete clarity about the context of the challenges they are currently experiencing. We identify and transform the unconscious patterns that are affecting their health, relationships, behavior and overall life experience. In addition, I also mentor people on request when it comes to receiving a liberated heart vision for their life, following it intuitively and living as freely as they love.

How the truth sets us free

Each of us is the most important character in the movie of our lives. Because only we are with ourselves for our entire lives, from the first to the last day. We always decide on our roles, the actors and supporting actors involved and the script ourselves, at least in theory. Because let's be honest, we often find ourselves in scenes that we don't like, don't we? Some chapters or dreams just don't seem to develop the way we want them to, despite our best efforts. And of course there are reasons for this.

At some point, we begin to honestly face the real causes of some episodes and what is standing in our way. Most people are unconsciously trapped in patterns that they cannot see on their own. When we recognize them together, new perspectives and new possibilities emerge.

If you are willing to look, the truth becomes your best friend and your greatest strength. In its light, you recognize your true nature and it frees you from everything that is actually wrong. From every lazy spell that forces, limits, frightens or imprisons you. Holistic coaching with me reveals to you in a very concrete way how you can realize what you really want from your heart.
